Post painterly abstraction and knitting!

Valerie Anne Molnar's knitted installations are completely inspirational. She combines the knitted object with abstract painterly images. Her fantastic use of optimistic and exuberant colours is intoxicating but her stag horn ferny fronds are my favorite. Check out her work here.

More Passap love

I have finally managed to knit some scarves on my Passap, I crocheted the ends to form a cowl and love the outcome!! Looking forward to exploring more patterns and techniques and hoping for some cool weather to put them to use.

Passap love

This is where have I been.
Getting to know my new Passap knitting machine.
It is a steep learning curve and after months of frustrating Passap tangles and tantrums I have finally made a little progress managing to knit a little scarf in pattern with the computer- Hooray!!!
I have now moved out of the battling the machine phase to new Passap love!!
